What information do you need for an aiport quote/reservation?
Departure Date, departure address, phone number, Airline flight departure time, # of passengers. On return flights: Airline name, Flight number, origin city, arrival time, and a cell phone to contact you if any problems arise.
What is your cancellation policy?
Airport service: 24 hours or we will bill you.
Charter Service: 48 hours or we will bill you.
Events: Weddings & events involving more than 1 vehicle- 30 days.

How do we contact you when we arrive at the airport?
First, go to baggage claim and retrieve ALL you luggage. After you have retrieved all your luggage, call our phone #: 847-456-0572 and give us the door number or entry number that you will be at. This is provided to you over the doorway that you exit the terminal. At ORD it is a number followed by a letter: 1a,2b, 3c, etc. At MDW, there is only one door that limousines can pick up at: 2. So when you have all your luggage at MDW, call us and we will meet you outside door #2. Under normal conditions, it will take 5-10 minutes for the car to get down to the terminal to pick you up.
Caution #1: There are times, usually on busy holdays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break, when it can take from 1/2 hour to 1 hour for the vehicle to get down into the terminal to pick you up. If we know about it beforehand, we will tell you when you call. If we find that out in the process of going down to the terminal, we'll call you about the delay.
Caution #2: If you have not retrieved all your luggage and have to spend time filing a claim: call us immediately so we don't release the vehicle. We allow 45 minutes after a domestice flight has landed and 1 hour after an internation flight has landed before we release the car and charge you for the trip.
Caution #3: On you return flight to Chicago: if the airline assigns you to another flight or delays departure of your flight, please call us so we can adjust our schedule to have a vehicle waiting for you when you arrive.
How do we contact the chauffeur while on charter?
If you do not have the chauffeur's cell phone number, call the office (847-456-0572) and we will expedite communication between you and your chauffeur.
